This Refund Policy applies to all customers of ReClaym Recycling Pickup for pickup services within Clay County, Florida. It supplements our Terms and Conditions and governs payments, cancellations, reactivations, and refund requests. -
No Refunds
No refunds will be issued for any payments made for pickup services, except where required by applicable law.
All charges are final for the billing period in which they are paid. -
Cancellation and Effective Date
Cancel anytime. Customers may cancel service at any time through their account, by email, or by phone.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the final month paid for. After a cancellation request is received, pickups will continue through the remainder of the paid period; no prorated refunds will be provided. -
Reactivation
Reactivate anytime. Customers may reactivate service at any time. Reactivation may be effective immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle depending on payment and scheduling.
Reinstated service will be billed according to current rates and billing terms in effect at the time of reactivation. -
Billing, Charges, and Disputes
Billing frequency and amounts are disclosed at signup and on invoices. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring service fees.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputed charges do not automatically result in refunds; resolution will follow our investigation and applicable law. -
Exceptions and Legal Rights
Where local, state, or federal law requires refunds or provides additional consumer protections, those laws will govern and we will comply.
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. -
How We Handle Service Interruptions
If we are unable to provide scheduled pickups due to operational issues, severe weather, or other causes beyond our control, we will attempt to notify affected customers and reschedule pickups when feasible. Service interruptions do not entitle customers to refunds unless otherwise required by law. -

To cancel, reactivate, or dispute a charge, contact our customer support using the email or phone number provided at signup. Include your name, service address, and account details to expedite processing.
We will confirm cancellations and reactivations in writing (email or account notification). -

We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
