1.Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of recycling pickup services by ReClaym Recycling Pickup (“Company,” “we,” “us”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you”). By signing up for or using our services you agree to these Terms.
2. Services and Service Area
Service Provided
We collect recyclable materials: Cardboard, Plastic, Glass, and Household Metals from specified Customer locations and transport them to third‑party recycling facilities that accept those materials. We do not process, sort, or recycle materials ourselves.
Service Area
Services are currently only provided within 32068 and 32065 inClay County, Florida. We reserve the right to modify our service area at any time.
3. Pickup Schedule and Changes
Current Schedule
Pickups occur on Thursdays at the address you provide.
Future Schedule Changes
We may expand pickups to Monday through Friday. We will notify Customers of any permanent schedule changes in advance.
Missed Pickups
If materials are not placed out by the scheduled pickup time, we may not return until the next scheduled pickup.
4. Customer Responsibilities and Acceptable Materials
Material Preparation
- Paper must be separated from other recyclables.
- Glass, plastic, and metals may be mixed together.
- Materials must be placed in appropriate containers and accessible for collection before the collection time.
Contamination and Prohibited Items
- We do not accept recycling that contain trash, food waste, hazardous materials, or non‑recyclable items.
- If a pickup contains trash or prohibited items, we may refuse collection of the contaminated load. Additional fees may apply for removal of contaminated loads if we agree to remove them.
4. Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate pickup location and contact information and notify us of any access issues or special instructions.
5. Payment, Cancellation, Refunds, and Service End
Payment
Service fees and billing terms will be provided at signup. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel service at any time. Cancellation of services takes effect at the end of the final month paid for; service continues through that paid period and then terminates.

6. Liability, Indemnification, Modifications, and Contact
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for loss, damage, or delay arising from pickup, transport, or delivery to third‑party facilities, including loss or contamination of materials, facility refusal to accept materials, or acts beyond our control.
